Experience spectacular water, laser and light shows, unique light installations by international artists and impressive projections along a 3 km illuminated path. This year, the talking tree returns to Laxenburg and Franzensburg Castle will once again be adorned with a colorful video mapping.
As dusk falls, the castle park is transformed into a magical world of lights.

Installations by international
light artists
In 2024, international artists will once again present new and unique light installations at Illumina, most of which will be on display in Austria for the first time. Visitors can once again expect an unforgettable light experience on the three-kilometre circular route with its annually changing light attractions.

Free shuttle bus service from parking lot P3 to 300m in front of the main entrance and back for all holders of a ticket for the Garden of Lights. The low-floor bus runs at intervals of 7-10 minutes between 5 and 10 pm and takes wheelchairs and baby carriages.
Friday to Sunday with shuttle bus from Vienna
For a car-free journey, this year we are offering a shuttle bus from Vienna and back. The comfortable shuttle bus will take you and your family (baby carriages are transported in the bus interior) directly to the entrance of the castle park.
The tickets in combination with coach travel are valid as Flex Tickets on the selected day and can also be redeemed on sold-out days or slot times.
Take advantage of the convenient and environmentally friendly travel option! Always from Friday to Sunday.
